Installing Fastqc

Download [[http://www.bioinformatics.babraham.ac.uk/projects/fastqc|here]]
Unpack the zip file and move the folder to /home/.hub_local/.

Then create a symlink to the fastqc binary.

  cd /home/.hub_local/bin
  ln -s ../FastQC/fastqc .
